1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before the shipment has been dispatched.
- Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only in case of service failures such as:
- Parcel not delivered due to our fault.
- Incorrect charges applied.
- No refunds will be applicable once the parcel is successfully delivered.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
