Customers must provide accurate sender and recipient details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
Items such as hazardous materials, illegal goods, perishable items, and valuable documents (unless insured) are not allowed for shipping.
We make every effort to deliver within the promised timelines. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, natural disasters, etc.) are not our liability.
Our liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the declared value of goods or as per company policy. Customers are encouraged to insure high-value items.
